Izakaya

Went to see Pow last night para sa isang seminar. After that met up with Otchie sa Greenbelt.

Otch’s stressed from work, gusto namin konting inom. And isa pa, minsan lang kame makalabas with Pow ng hindi gig.

Dinala kame ni Otch sa Izakaya. Ordered strawberry daiquiri. In fairness, ang sarap ng timpla nila. Ngayon pa lang ako nakatikim ganon kasarap na timpla ng daiquiri.

I had 4 or 5, I forgot na. I was tipsy before we left eh. Got home past 2am na rin. Sumunod din si Sally, super stressed na rin at work.

Nag-enjoy ako last night. Kase nakakwentuhan namin si Pow ng hindi nagmamadali. Di paputol putol. And syempre kinulit ko lang, blame it on daiquiri. Hahaha

We saw Divine of PBB pa. She’s so pretty. Kasama nya girlfriend nya. Took pictures of her, stolen syempre. Nahihiya ako eh. Nung inaya ko yung dalawa magpa-picture, walang kaabok abok, tumayo at nagpa picture ang Sally at Otch. Naiwan ako, di ko na makuha tumayo pa. HAHAHA torpe as ever.

Mrs. Michael Scofield.

I love Michael Scofield, very much! Well, yun character lang not really Wentworth Miller. Pero I crush him pa rin. But his character in Prison Break ang mahal na mahal ko!

Started watching this series nung 2006, dahil kay kalbo. Sabi nya maganda raw and kinakaadikan nya that time. Parang in less than a week, natapos ko yun first 2 seasons. Tapos sinubaybayan ko na hanggang natapos yun series.

And last June 12, nasa bahay lang ako. Naisip ko panoorin ulet. Super na-miss ko na sya eh. Naka 12 episodes ako that day. Tapos every night na before I hit the sack, nakaka 2 episodes ako. Last night lang ako hindi nakanood ulet kase maaga akong inantok.

Nung sunday, start nako ng season 4. At malapit nako matapos 😦 mami-miss ko na naman si Michael.

I’m loving this iPhone app called Instagram. I have this app since early 2011. Bago bago pa lang din ako sa iphone and nakita ko sya sa App Store. Free app, grab it!

Masaya naman sya gamitin. Nakakatuwa mag browse ng mga photos. Tsaka nag eenjoy din ako sumali sa mga everyday topics, themes, photo a day. Alam ko hindi naman ako talentado sa pagdating sa pagkuha ng mga photos, pero masaya gawin eh. Lalo na kung mapili yun entry mo as photo fave, photo pick. Sarap din ng feeling.

Margarita night with Day’s!

Nagkita kame ni Sally nung friday. Inaaya ko kase sya nung thursday mag-shopping. And since late nya nabasa yun IM ko sa kanya, napag usapang magkita ng friday.

So, tinawagan naman nya ako para tanungin kung tuloy kame. Kaya kame ay nagkita ng 7ish sa Forever 21. Nakita ko naman yun gusto kong dress. After shopping, kumain kame sa Sbarro and naisip namin si Sarah. Inaya namin mag-Agave, kaso late na and di pa raw sumusweldo si Sarah. Kaya, nag-set kame ng saturday magkita para matuloy na ang margarita night.

Saturday, 8ish nasa Agave na kame. Aga ng simulang pag-inom ito! Hahaha

Naka 7 glasses of Strawberry Margarita rin ako ah. Habang kwentuhan, tawanan, asaran. Hahaha Nakakatuwa rin yun dalawa, kase tagal na hindi nakakapag bonding ang mag-Day.

Ten Things To Do When You Feel Like Crap

1. Have a really hot, long shower. Cry if you need to. Sit on the ground. Feel sorry for yourself. Let the steam soak into your skin. Let the hot water wash your face clean. But the moment you turn off that water, you are done feeling sorry for yourself. Make a decision to move on from that sadness.

2. Clean. I know, cleaning is boring and annoying – but how about that feeling you get when you are finished? The smell of the vacuum. That feeling of accomplishment? Who knows, you might even find money along the way. Totally worth it. It’s like starting with a clean slate.

3. Call a friend you haven’t spoken to for a while. If your first choice doesn’t pick up, choose someone else. Ask them all about how their lives are going and tell them about yours. Not only will it take your mind off whatever crappy thing you have been plagued by, but you will laugh with them! Laughing triggers endorphins and endorphins make you happy!

4. Go for a run or a walk. This get’s your endorphins and dopamine going crazy. You will get more energy and more happiness just because the chemicals in your body are running around!

5. Stop and take it all in. Walking in the night? Stop and look at the stars. Breathe in the cold air. Feel alive.

6. Stop whining. Ever heard the saying “love life and life will love you back”? Or, the idea of the power of attraction? It’s true! If you sit around saying “why me, waaaaa waaaa” then bad things will happen to you. You’re already defeated. If you start saying, “I will be happy, I will accomplish my ambitions, I will find love, I do look amazing, I am a great friend” etc., then not only will you start to believe them but you will be amazed at what amazing things start to happen.

7. Drink tea. This always works. Not a tea fan? Try hot water with a slice of lemon and some agave syrup.

8. Make a conscious decision to stop holding certain grudges. We all have people we have held grudges on in the past. Let them go. If you feel like you owe this person an apology, don’t be too proud. Send them a sincere facebook apology. Sincerity is in the intent, so even if it’s a 2 sentence apology – as long as you mean it it’s worth it.

9. Cook some really nice, warm food. Stimulate your taste buds with anything as simple as two minute noodles or as lavish as a three course garlic bread, pasta bake, chocolate mousse triple combo.

10. Write down a list of goals to achieve for the week. As simple as “buy insect repellent” or as large as “jog for 25 minutes non stop” and tick them off when they’re done. You will feel very accomplished and that alone will help pep up your mood!
